How the free month works.
You can file your first 20 receipts straight away, with your company details left blank. Then add your company name and confirm your home currency to unlock Pro free for one month, up to 600 records. Nothing is charged automatically.

How records, upgrades, refunds and buying work.
Do records reset?
Records never reset. Each plan gives your company a lifetime number of filed records. A receipt deleted within 24 hours of filing gets its record back.
What counts as a record?
A record is counted once, when it is first filed. A receipt that could not be read costs nothing.
What happens when I upgrade?
Upgrading adds only the difference in records.
What happens if I downgrade or stop paying?
Your data is kept. Unused paid records are frozen until you pay again, and the Boss can still open and export the data.
Monthly or yearly?
Both plans release their whole record allowance on your first payment. Monthly plans are not released in instalments, and renewing a monthly plan does not add more records.
Can I get a refund?
You can get a refund within 30 days of your first payment. Renewals are not refunded, except for a billing error.
How do I cancel?
Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I pay in the phone app?
Not yet. Plans are bought on the web. A plan belongs to your company, so it will show on the phone apps when they arrive.

You can use the free plan outside Hong Kong too. Paid plans are sold to businesses in Hong Kong.
