For the boss of a small team.
You run a company of two to five people. Your staff pay for things on jobs, and the receipts end up in pockets, phones and the chat. You want every receipt in one place, with the image, without chasing anyone at month end.
1. Staff photograph the receipt.
On a job, a member of staff takes a photo of the receipt in their phone's browser. Catch8 reads the merchant, date, amount and category, and the image is kept with it as proof.
2. You see every receipt staff upload.
The Boss sees the team's receipts in one list, each with its image. Your accountant works in the same books, so there is no second copy to send.
3. Staff see only their own.
Switch the view from Boss to Staff and the list holds only that person's receipts. Each member of staff sees the receipts they filed, and nothing else in the company's books.
4. "Not enough data yet" instead of a guess.
Reports show one total for each currency, never added together. Where there is not enough data for a true figure, Catch8 says "Not enough data yet" and gives the reason.

The Boss holds the company.
The Boss owns the plan, the billing and the books, and can hand the company to someone else.
Many companies, or a group.
If you run more than one company, switch between them, or group them to see combined reports by currency. An accountant can be given the group summary without seeing each company's books.
Can staff see each other's spending?
No. Staff see only the receipts they filed themselves. They cannot open other people's receipts or the company's books. This is set in the database rules, not only hidden on screen.
What does my accountant see?
An accountant, in-house or external, works in the company's books: the receipts with their images, and the records and reports built from them. Only the Boss can manage members, change company settings or run billing. If you run several companies, an accountant can be given the group summary without seeing each company's books.
Can my team try staff receipts in the free month?
Not on their own. The free month is Pro only, for you and up to two accountants, and staff join on the Teams plan. To try Teams with your own staff, message us on WhatsApp.
How do I pay staff back for what they spent?
Catch8 keeps every receipt staff file, each with its image kept as proof, so you have the record. Paying people back is done outside Catch8, the way you do it today.
Do my staff need to install an app?
No. Staff use Catch8 in their phone's browser today, with the same sign-in by a code sent to their email. The iPhone and Android apps are coming to the App Store and Google Play.
Is Teams priced per person?
No. Teams is priced per company and includes a set number of people, shown in the price above. You can add more people up to the plan's limit, each at the extra-person price shown there.
